Title: Occupational therapist (ot)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: St. John's and Area, Newfoundland and Labrador (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Examination, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Rehabilitation centre, Private practice
Specific Skills: Develop and implement treatment programs, Evaluate treatment progress, Maintain clinical and progress reports
Additional Skills: Supervise technical and support staff
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other Information:The successful candidate must be well organized, able to work in a high paced environment and offers the opportunity to apply diverse talents in a multi-disciplinary setting.
